Acoustic Pulse Reflectometry (APR)
>Ultra-fast-Less than 10sec per tube
>Non invasive inspection
>Up to 4 inch Inner Diameter

Eddy Current/Remote Field Eddy Current Testing
>Non-Ferromagnetic Material- ECT
>Ferromagnetic Material- RFET
>500-600 tubes per shift
>Differential Mode for localized defects
>Absolute Mode for gradual defects and thinning
>Cracks-Best detection when eddy current or magnetic field is broken and in perpendicular direction to crack field.
Internal Rotating Inspection System (IRIS)
>Ferromagnetic & Non ferromagnetic material
>Water must be introduced into the tube to act as a couplant
>Tubes must be absolutely cleaned down to the bare metal
>Highly sensitive to volumetric defects, good resolution in
tube circumference
>Actual inspection speed depends on a number of factors but is generally approx. 2.4m/sec to achieve a coverage of 100%
